Terms & Conditions

  • Effective Date: 01 – 11 – 2025These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of, the services, treatments, facilities, and website of Serenity W Amenities Management LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Serenity”). By booking or using any service, attending a treatment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

     

  • 1. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

    1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION: All bookings are subject to availability. We require a valid booking confirmation to reserve a treatment.
    2. ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to enjoy the lounges and spa facilities. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
    3. CANCELLATION POLICY. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least twelve (12) hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full-service fee.
    4. NO-SHOWS  AND LATE ARRIVALS:
      • If you fail to arrive on time, we may not be able to extend the duration of your treatment.
      • No-shows may be charged for the booked service.

    2. HEALTH, MEDICAL & SAFETY

    1. MEDICAL CONDITIONS: You must inform us at the time of booking (or before the service) of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivity to certain ingredients, or prescribed medication. We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatments for safety.
    2. PREGNANCY: Certain treatments may be unsuitable during pregnancy; we will advise you accordingly. We may require a doctor’s approval for certain services. We do not provide facial or massage services for pregnant women during their first trimester.
    3. PERSONAL PROPERTY: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into our premises.
    4. TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:  If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please notify your therapist immediately.
    5. MINORS: We do not offer massage or facial services to minors under the age of 16. Parental consent is required for minors under the age of 18. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted in the sauna or steam rooms.

    3. SERVICE PRICING & PAYMENT

    1. PRICES: All prices for treatments and products are displayed in AED and are subject to change; however, any confirmed booking will be honoured at the rate applicable at the time of booking. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes unless specified.
    2. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY:. For certain high-value or group services, a deposit may be required in advance. Full or partial prepayment may be required at booking.
    3. METHODS OF PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge services to your hotel bill if your account is suitable for any charges.

    4. PRODUCTS & GIFT ITEMS

    1. PRODUCT PURCHASES: Products purchased must be checked on receipt. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our returns policy. Unused products may be eligible for refund / exchange as per our policy.
    2. GIFT VOUCHERS & CERTIFICATES:
      • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
      • They are not redeemable for cash.
      • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

    5. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

    1. TREATMENT OUTCOMES: While we aim for the highest standards, individual results may vary. We are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed health or skin conditions.
    2. PERSONAL SAFETY & AMBIANCE: We strive to maintain a safe, comfortable, and serene environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
    3. FORCE MAJEURE: We shall not be liable for breach or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, acts of authority, etc.).

    6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE OF CONTENT

    1. All trademarks, photographs, text, logos, and service names on our website or materials are owned by or licensed to Serenity W Amenities Management LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
    2. You may take photographs or video only with explicit consent from Serenity W Amenities Management LLC. Any user-generated content you provide may be used for marketing/publicity with proper credit unless you specify otherwise.

    7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

    Use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services or website you agree to our collection, use, storage, and disclosure practices as described in that policy.

    Serenity processes personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. For any inquiries, or to exercise your data rights, you may contact our Data Protection Officer at info@serenitybysisleyparis.com.

    8. CHANGES TO TERMS

    We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective once posted on our website. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

    9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of  Dubai, UAE.
    2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to amicable settlement within 15 days of written notice. If unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
